if you expunge an arrest record would you have to tell any info about it before licensure?

I was granted court supervision four years ago so i have no convictions, but if on the paper for licensure asks " have you been convicted or plead guilty to any criminal offense do i still say yes? What if i were to expunge my record would i still have to say Yes because in order to get court supervision u have to plead guilty. It was my fordt and only offense ( i was a minor 17) all for fighting (aggravated battery & disorderly conduct) so my question is would i Still have say yes or can i say no to the question? This is sooo frustrating
