Experiences w/ Reason Medical or Allheart?

Hi, watch out for Allheart, if you return something, you pay the return shipping, so you are paying shipping twice, :smackingf but this is true with a lot of the websites

My dad bought me a littmann stethoscope and had my name engraved on it for graduation from Allheart. It came a few days later. It is real nice, and we had no problems with the website. I have never heard of the other place.

HI everybody. I was wondering if any of you might have used Reasons Medical or Allheart Medical - two online supply stores. I am going to purchase a littmann stethoscope and both stores have about the same pricing for littmanns. I just want to get some feedback before I take a chance with one of them. Any Advice? Oh, and by the way I am a new RN Grad, waiting to take the NCLEX.

I have said this on a previous post or two so for those who have read it sorry for my repetition...I bought my littmann cardiology 3 for $90 on amazon.com. Sometimes they dont have them there but for a second recommendation, try ebay. Mine came with the heart sounds CD, all the pieces, packaging and everything. And I love its quality.....Allheart is no good. Too many problems from my friends who have bought from there.

I have ordered multiple items from allheart - including a very expensive diagnostic set, uniforms, shoes, a littman....

Never a problem with any order over the years, great customer service - and the prices on their Welch-Allyn even beat the WA manufacturers rep that visited us at school!!

I dont know of too many places who still do free return shipping - aside from some clothing outfits. Just be sure that what you order is actually what you want as with any online store.

I ordered an item from allheart in January that I have STILL not received. I have called/complained/emailed many times, but they still have not refunded my credit card (yes, they charge it BEFORE your item is shipped). Stay far, far away from them if you don't want to risk being ripped off.

I've never heard of Reason Medical, so I can't advise about them.

I've ordered several stethoscopes from Allheart and they arrived within a week, week and a half, even with the special engraving. I have also ordered scrubs from there and they arrived within a few days. Never had a problem with them.

When I had problems, they were fixed as soon as I talked to a customer service supervisor, instead of just the frontlines. Ask to speak to a supervisor.

I ordered my Littmann from Reason several years ago and had no problem -- they had the best price around and even offered free engraving of my initials.
