hello nursing community,
im a recently a LPN and I applied for jobs on Craigslist doing home health. the companies that called me back all seem to be out of state. would you send them your info? how would you check that they are legit ??

Actually, the only jobs I got call backs for and got actual work from were on Craigslist. I don't apply to anything that is not local and I don't apply to anything that is an employment agency.

Are you using your local craigslist? You shouldn't receive any out of state calls. I wouldn't trust anything out of state.

I had a friend who got a local job, national company. Not healthcare.
did very well, advanced up the ladder while moving around the country.

I found a few legit nursing jobs on Craigslist.
Thank you all for responding. . I guess its a hit or miss on CL
