Ever had you body say--- "Ok, now it's my turn to be in charge!"

I made it through the whole semester without missing a class, so my body felt like the time was ripe for falling ill-- and it did- during exam time, very considerate body!

Weirdest bunch of symptoms--- ended up in an emergency clinic because of the pain... and after many needlepricks, Xrays, analgesic shots, iV fluids and tears... all that was left was "hopefully it will pass".

Dr asked me if the pain shot helped, I said no. She said: it's not possible. GEEEZ, sorry, YOU are right- if you say that i'm in no pain, then I guess my nociceptors are wrong... my bad.

So i'm basically just celebrating that I was able to cram 4 days of studying (nutrition!) into two, because of my considerate body.

Ok. I admit that this was a weird rant. But hey, I needed it.

Your not the only one! I don't think I missed any classes of first semester, then was on clinical placement in a hospital and didn't miss any days-first time in hospital setting and doing 13 hour shifts so my body was getting used to that, exam time came and I got a really bad dose of tonsillitis! I passed everything though so I'm grateful for that :) I guess not missing any lectures came in handy in the long run!!
