ER Nursing, MY First JOB?????

So I have recently received my RN (Aug) and was in a advanced program and actually finished my MS this past month.

SO I am now in the situation of being a Per Diem nurse in a small ER, needing full time work. I have went for a few interviews at other ER's with not much luck. Lots of education but little experience.

My job in the ER is at the hospital I did my clinical in, their budget is not allowing new positions, plus it's a small hospital.

I am ACLS and PALS Certified and really feel like I am stuck in a awkward employment position.

Any suggestions? Also, I like the idea of getting into ICU/CCU nursing.
