I have their free drug guide. It's not bad. I also have several programs I bought from Skyscape, including the Davis Drug Guide 2004. I'm seriously considering signing up for the full version from epocrates, now that I'm making a few bucks.
If you do a search, there are numerous threads on PDAs, with links to some sources for software, including freebies.

I use the free version of Epocrates and really like it. I sprung for the upgrade (must pay for it) and didn't find the upgrade to be worth it for me so I am back down to the cheapo version. :chuckle
You can download it and try it and see if it suits you. I like the way it is organized but I have heard others say that it was cumbersome so you probably have to check it out yourself.

and use it a lot. I also have Davis Drug Guide which is more useful for nurses. I use the epocrates if I just want to look up spelling and basics of a drug, but the other for more info.

i have both Davis' Drug Guide & Epocrates for my PDA... i use DDG for most of my queries, and use Epocrates when i can't find what i need in DDG... both are good, but i wouldn't pay for Epocrates...
