Help on starting business

  1. I have taken a "Train the Trainer" course and I would like to start training CNAs. Any advice on cirriculum, program length, admissions, start up. All suggestions welcomed!

    Ursula! You need a reply. Because of the nature of my work, I would suggest that you teach the CNAs how to observe and care properly for the feet of elderly and disabled. They need to be trained in the proper care and cleansing of the feet, signs of foot infection, etc. They need to know what to alert their nurses to.
