Hello all!
I was just scheduling my CCRN on the AACN website and saw the ENMO for nurse managers. It sounds like something I would be interested in; I took the ECCO for ICU and loved the program. Has anyone here taken it or asked their employees to take it? Any feed back is welcomed! Thanks!

If I am not mistaken, you have to be a Nurse Executive for this exam - CNO or above. The exam to take for Nurse managers or Nurse Leaders is the CNML. If it is for Nurse Managers.... please let me know more about it...
thanks
ENMO stands for Essentials in Nurse Management Orientation. "Eight modules, broken into three units covering business management, effective leadership and personal development, teach essential skills for those in leadership roles or looking to enter management. Developed in partnership with the American Organization of Nurse Executives (AONE)." - AACN website. It's a prep course, not an exam.
