English requirement waived for certain VisaScreen® renewal applicants

hi there can anyone explain to me whats there own interpretation...

i understand that if i have expired or soon to be expired visascreen,i dont need to take english exam as long as i have pending employment application in the US. is that what this new policy of visa screening renewal?

Not employment application pending, you must be currently working in the US, for at least 27 months, including 9 months in the year prior to renewal.

I bet they didn't drop the cost any!

Agree it means you are working in the US and have done so for a certain period of time. If not already in the US working then you need to do the English exam again to renew VSC
