Endotracheal Intubation help??

We have an assignment and one of the questions is about the role of the RN during an endotracheal intubation and what supplies we would be responsible for assembling. We haven't talked at all about this in class nor can I find the specific roles online or in my textbooks. Any help would really be appreciated. :)
