Endorsing after obtaining license in approved state

I live in PA . Current lpn. Plan on doing bs with INDIANA STATE UNIVERSITY . Plan to live in pa for a while but let's just say I move to another state that does not accept their people of the state to attend ISU, Can i still get a license in that state .?

Depends on the state. California that would be a resounding no. Other states maybe.

I just read certain zip codes they take it . But what about once u get your masters ... I just was curious if I moved to a Carolina New York or California .

California would reject you and likely refer you to BVNPT to get an LVN license. There was a major legal battle between CABRN, TCN. & ISU in recent years.

NY look at the endorsement application. If it requires your qualifying education information you might have issues.
