Endorsement of license to MO

I have an active license in MN and currently residing in MO. I finished my nursing degree in the Philippines. I also started my endorsement to Missouri by requesting CES in CGFNS. My question is if I have to take the IELTS exam or can this be waived since during my nursing school, our medium of instruction was in English. I would appreciate the feedback from anyone. Thank you.

I would contact the Missouri Board of Nursing on this matter, since this is where you reside.
