Hi there everyone, I am currently an EMU (Eastern Michigan University) student. For 2 years I worked on the pre-reqs in order to apply to EMU Nursing Program for the semester starting Fall 2018. After totaling everything up I ended up applying with a 434 in points. Just recently, around May 28th or 29th I got my acceptance letter in the mail to discover that I didn't get into the traditional or 2nd degree program, which I had expected, but I was however, accepted into the EMU and Henry Ford collaborative BSN program.
What is this??? LOL
I am so happy, so grateful, to have gotten a spot in ANY nursing program because of how difficult it is to get into one so this is not in anyway a negative post.
I have been asking around and no one knows what I'm talking about. I even asked the current nursing advisor and he only just found out about the program as well, so apparently it's new and only 16 people were admitted???!!
So sorry for all this talk but I visit this site a lot and my main thing is the more info I get the better, and calmer, I am LOL. If you are or know of anyone else admitted into this new mystery program please leave a comment below! Thanks so much
