Employers in Houston area

I am a new gvn and I am in the process of job hunting; but I am running into a problem. The employers that i have reached out to so far are saying that they do not hire gvns and then the others are stating that they want you to have so many months or years of experience before they will even consider you for an interview.

I have to wonder how can anyone expect someone to get experience if no one is willing to give the chance.

I am asking if anyone can give leads to myself and anyone else that may be in this situation at this time and let us know of any employers that you have heard of or from personal experience, will give an new graduate a chance in Houston,Tx.
