I realize 2 years of RN experience is recommended before taking the CEN exam, but I just couldn't wait any longer! I've been a paramedic since 2003, and I've been working in the ED since 2005, but less than one year as an RN (my "anniversary" is in July). I took the CEN today and passed, by a comfortable margin, too. Woo hoooo! I'm so happy!!
Wow!!!!!! Congrats.... What an accomplishment!!!!!!!!!!!! YOU Rock...... Paramedic to EC ADN( tough).. and now this. Pretty soon we will call you DR. Lunah... Take care and congrats again. Are you doing BSN through EC?? Just wondering... I hope I have the right person.... almost positive, but if not apologies in ADVANCE. (about Excelsior College's RN program)

    Dr. Lunah? NEVER!

Yeah, it's me. But I'm doing my BSN through Chamberlain College -- EC was yankin' my chain about accepting my statistics credit (they wouldn't tell me if they'd accept it until I paid my enrollment fee -- ummmm, NO), so I went elsewhere.
