emergency departments, Banff, Canmore, Calgary area

I would be very interested to contact anyone working in Emergency Departments in these area's.

I currently work as a Team leader/manager in a busy ED in the UK and would like to compare working practice and hopefully visit when i am in Canada next (Feb 2010).

My field of interest in Mental Health within the general ED.

Banff, Canmore are "rural" areas and would serve a different ER population than Calgary.

Banff/Canmore lots of skiing accidents in the winter, hiking in the spring/summer and traffic injuries, year round. The more serious being transferred to Calgary most likely to Foothills.

Calgary is an urban centre, so expect urban issues (drugs, homeless, people without family doctors, seniors, accidents, workplace injuries, etc)
