EC essent in health saftey reminded me of the nclex

Published

as I sat there and read the questions.. I don't know it is my nerves or what but I was in a panic state almost the whole time.. I passed with a B but could have sworn I failed. What a relief.. at least I know how their tests are now! Any one else think it was a hard test?:icon_roll

Congratulations on Passing!!!! I felt the same way. I could literally feel my heart beating out of my chest. Good Luck to you. It takes about 2 weeks to enroll once they get all your transcripts. Really study for Essentials in Chronicity because it was really hard.

That first exam is a doozy ... Eric posted a link to a PDF that had pass/fail rates for the EC exams, and I think more people failed NC1 than any other test ... they don't make it easy on purpose!! This is the only nursing concepts exam on which I got a B ... got A's on the rest. :) CONGRATULATIONS!!! :D Keep it up!

Lunah, where could we find this pass/fail rate link?

I would love to see these rates! thanks

It's on the publications page as "Excelsior College Exams Technical Handbook" -- https://www.excelsior.edu/Excelsior_College/Publications/Excelsior_College_Exams_Technical_Handbook_2006.pdf

I think you probably have to be logged in to see it, but there you go. :)
