What type of nursing? Again, you must meet their licensing requirements as well as language exams, and their licensing exam. Education must be equivalent to that of their RN training to be able to get a visa to work there.
And which countries? Many of the Eastern European countries are now part of the EU.

Tell me what you need to know and from which country?
I'm interested particularly in Romania, and more so in work experiences that anyone has had (good or bad), than in licensing requirements. I should have been more specific, sorry>

If you train outside the US you will always be classed as a International nurse and have to meet that requirement set by the BON. May not always be cheap as a lot will depend on how they train and whether they accept International students. Also you need to make sure that their training matches US requirements and covers clinical and theory in all areas. Also International fees will be a lot more than local fees and you will be classed as a International student. Plus you will more than likely be expected to speak fluently their language
