DUI pending

I need some advice and please don't judge because no one is perfect. I unfortunately received a DUI, which is still pending. I contacted the BON Florida and they advised me not to report it until the outcome. I haven't told my employer yet either since the case is ongoing. Therefore keeping it to myself and not telling my coworkers either.

I would like to start applying for jobs at other hospitals but I am wondering if they'll hire me with a pending DUI.

Any advice as to whether I should wait until the resolution or if a hospital would hire me since it is still pending.
