Hello! I was hoping someone with a similar situation could help! I have a felony DUI from 2016 and I am currently in an accelerated masters program for nursing.
My case is over (probation is over, I paid all fines/penalties, court ordered programs, etc) but I was wondering what additional documents I am supposed to submit to the BRN. I called and the assistant who answered was of no help and blew me off.
I am a solid student that has monumentally changed my life as well, so I am not worried about proving what I have done to change and better my life (over 5 years of sobriety, volunteer work, responsible individual, no repeating DUI or any offenses since my DUI). I just want to maximize and expedite the chances that the BRN will allow me to take the NCLEX and get my RN license. Thank you for your help I appreciate it!
