A classmate of mine was convicted for a DUI the beginning of this month, AFTER the livescan fingerprinting and background checks have been done, but BEFORE all the paperwork has been submitted to the board for licensing and approval to take boards. I know she needs to check the box that says she has been convicted of a crime and provide all the necessary information. She has started alcohol classes and complying with the courts.
Do you think they will approve her to take state boards?...and maybe put her on suspension. Or not approve her to take boards at all?
Any ideas on what the action of the board might be in this situation??
