DSN April Cohort

Hi all,

I'm starting the ADN program at Denver School of Nursing in April. I'm moving to Colorado this next week and do not know anybody, so it'd be great to meet anyone else who's starting the program in April too! =)

I'm starting the BSN program in April; and don't know anyone either!!! I'm moving to Denver in a couple of weeks.

Oh I'm glad to know I'm not the only one attending DSN that isn't from the area! Where are you coming from jook04? Congrats on getting in the BSN program by the way! =)

I am on the waitlist for July's cohort at DSN. Do you know how many people get in off the wait list each semester?

It's different each start date. I started out as number 14 on the waitlist for the April program and just found out last week that I had a spot in the April program. I hope that answered your question a little bit.

I just moved to downtown from Northern California-Sacramento. I'm so nervous to start, especially since we just got our schedules a few days ago. Wow, number 14..that's awesome that you got in from that high on the waitlist!

Kell29 & others, How's the program going? Is it what you expected? How did things go with financial aide, were they helpful?

Kell29- how was the move from Sac? did you Uhaul or POD your stuff from California? I'm supposed to start in October and moving from San Francisco.

It's getting close, I'm pretty excited about it, just hope they pass the NLN accreditation- have any of you heard anyword about it, being on campus???

Hope all is well, would love to hear any of your take on the program.
