Hello.
I currently have my Masters degree in Nursing Education and I am looking into different doctoral degree programs to see what would be a good "fit" for me. I have come across Drexel University's E.D.D. program with a concentration in Nursing Education. I was just wondering if anyone else has completed this program and any tips or advice they would have to say regarding this program.
Thank you

I've heard it's a good program. I used to be a professor in the College of Nursing and Health Professions at Drexel, and I'd hear talk of the EdD program in the Education school since it was tangentially related to us. I really like Drexel because it's a massive brick and mortar school with great reputation along with a reputable online component. Go for it.
Thank you,
I am taking a good look at it!

You don't need it. My MSN is in nursing education as well and I found many of the doctoral programs with nursing education focuses were overlaps with my MSN courses. I'm getting my EdD in healthcare education and leadership. It's a bit broader of a focus into higher education from a broader healthcare perspective with leadership mixed in and I find it's a wonderful complement to my masters degree.
