I have the option of moving anywhere. Are there any hospitals that are in the forefront as the "best" hospital for a nurse? I am interested in Emergency Nursing, but would like to consider the hospitals as a whole.

I ask this just to get an idea of some of the more respected hospitals in relation to taking care of its nurses.

I worked for the level one trauma center in Peoria, IL for 10 years and loved it. They are a Magnet facility and my experience was very very positive.

I worked as a travel nurse at a Level I trauma facility in Columbia SC for 2 tours, I really liked the facility but it gets too hot there in the summer for me.
