Hey, y'all! I'm about to take a dosage quiz on parenteral meds and i'm stressing out. I know how to do the problems, it's just that the quiz is pass/fail (get 100% or else). we even have retests, but i'm just still nervous. last dosage quiz i panicked during the last few mins. anyway to avoid that?
Here's what this coming quiz entails:
-4 Q's on insulin
-8 Q's on calc dosage- some a weight based and know conversions
-3 Q's on percentage
-3 Q's on ratios
-2 Q's on reconstitutions- know final concentrations
I've also been practicing dozens of problems. (thanks to all the great links i found on this forum!! :nuke:)

Good Luck! Just remember to remain calm, and understand what the question is looking for. The best way to study is to do lots of practice questions, so it sounds like you are prepared!

For insulins, remember the peak and duration and all of that.
Usually, there is also a heparin and an amiodarone question in there as well. Practice those...
