Hi all,
Wonder if anyone has any information for me.
I have read so many post regarding CES and not having enough hours to meet Florida Board requirements. I qualified in 2006 (Adult Branch) in England so am sure that I will not have enough hours in Obs/Paeds. It seems like there is no definate path to make up hours and I have been battling to find more information on this.
What I want to know is: as a RN in England, could I apply for a LPN licence in Florida, will I have enough hours to meet the requirements. I could then work towards getting the required hours for RN Licence.
Has anyone attempted it this way? I have secured a visa, so don't need immigration input!
Thanks for any info .....

I believe LPN are general trained in the same way RN are general trained. The only real way to find out if accepted is to apply and see what the BON states when they review your application
