I heard that the University of Miami Hospital is employing people. Nurses are leaving the hospital like crazy. My friend is trying to get a position for me into the hospital. Let me hope this works.

They have a new grad program at UMH. But i bet theyre gettng hammered with applications. My sister is also applying there

I did receive a call back for a prescreen to be given at a particular hour, I thanked the person from HR for taking the time to call me, I informed HR id i could reschedule in a day as I had people arrive out of the country and was in meetings for most of the day, the HR response was if you are noot here at 11:30 your application will be disregarded, I kindly tried to reason with this person in that im sure if he was my employer that they would not appreciate taking the day off from work with less than 24 hours notice, the answer still was "If you aint here at 11:30 we cant guarantee your spot". I would like to remain optimistic and hope that a better opportunity surfaces. I did hear they were desperate but heck they called me 2 days before the position was to be taken down, at least before you received an email informing you that you have a panel interview in a week...
