Hey everyone! Are any of you guys applying to UF's BSN to DNP program for Fall of 2015?

I was also accepted into the PMHNP program full time! Congrats to all! I hope everyone who is waiting gets their letters soon!

Accepted into the adult-acute program!!!

Congrats to everyone! Still haven't gotten any mail yet!

Hi all, I am currently a BSN student at JU. I plan to apply to UF BSN-DNP program after gaining clinical experience on the floor, preferably pediatrics. I've seen the requirements on the UF website, I'm just curious for those who have gotten in - what were your GRE scores, overall GPA, experience, etc.? Thank you!!

I was accepted for the PMHNP full time program. Does anyone know if it's mainly on-line, or are there some classes in Gainesville? Have you heard anything about clinicals? I am also accepted at USA, so I'm calling for information next week before I make a choice. I'd prefer UF, but I live in Tallahassee, and work and have kids, so I really can't travel too often.

I will be in the PMHNP program too and I believe it's mainly online. However, I haven't been able to find too much about the program so if you receive any helpful information through your contact with them I'd love to hear!

I just talked to the adviser about the PMHNP DNP program. She said we would have to meet on campus once a month for 8 hours (on Mondays, she thinks) for clinical courses only. And that our instructors would help us find preceptors and clinical sites. It's $528.41/Credit hour.

Hi all! I just received a letter from school and I got accepted to BSN-DNP FNP track. I'm beyond happy!!! Hope you all got good news too! I was just wondering if anyone else got accepted for the same program and lives around West Palm Beach area. I live in West Palm and it's quite a ride to Gainesville from here for any orientations and whatever else is required.

Hi FutureRN _15, I got into UF BSN-DNP FNP part-time online program. I didn't think I'll make it because my essay was ****** and one of my two references didn't get there on time, my GRE scores just made it to meet the minimal requirement since English is my second language and I'm not good in math. What I think got me in is my GPA of 3.76 from University of Miami. So do your best to earn a good GPA in your BSN. I have two year experience being an RN on a Cardiac Telemetry floor. Good luck :)

@jcgrund Thanks for the information! Let us know if you decide to attend UF!

Has anyone made a Facebook group? I know last years group did so just wanted to check!

Does anyone check this board anymore? It doesn't seem like many people applied this year based on this thread

I still check it from time to time. :)
