Do you think they will say no? im very nervous!!!

im sure some have read my post. Let me make a long story short....i received an entry level separation from the navy that also carried over to the army reserves due to a problem at MEPS. I was not charged with any criminal activity or anything like that. I have applied to nursing school (a bsn program) and have been accepted. I have never had any criminal charges or even tickets but i wanted to make sure i was ok to do nursing so i sent in a declary order to the Texas BON. I wrote them a letter saying i checked NO for criminal hostory but i did get the entry level separations. They sent me a letter back yesterday wanting the official paperwork so i mailed them both DD214 that are very simple and just show an entry level separation. I am anxious now and very very nervous! What do you guys think? I am now 22, this happened when i was 18...i was dumb and joined the navy in an open contract and then i felt that i was not being used to my full potential when i got stationed and my job was to paint a ship. I really hope the board understands. Everyone told me that the separations dont even show up to them but i still wanted to be honest and let them know. Sigh....

i wish i could give some advice, but i am not an attorney. perhaps they will receive your paperwork and allow you to test without going in front of the board. if you do have to go in front of the board, have an attorney! read this thread https://allnurses.com/nursing-licensure-criminal/you-must-have-606699.html
