Do I still have a chance if I made 1 D for basics and then Fs my sophomore and junior year.

I made a D in music class because I did not get to do the final that day & then my sophomore and junior year I made Fs in classes like logic, genetics, and a D in another class. I have a really bad college career basically and I made a C in Bio 1, Bio 2 I have a D and then this year I tried retaking classes and I made a W on all three because I could not keep up. I was dealing with a health issue. If I take some time off and go into a nursing RN program make better grades at a community college work as an RN and then become a nurse practitioner do I still have a chance at becoming a Nurse?
