DNR-do not return

Hi everyone! im new to this site but I have a couple questions.

So I was recently put on a DNR list for mission point of cedar springs mi. I am not entirely sure why. I mean, they were trying to give me a job. Anyways, the only thing I can think of as to why they put me on the dnr list is because I said something to the DON. She said I needed to have my safety glasses on, which no problem, but then I asked her if she was going to say anything to anyone else about them not having theres on. I went out on break and came back in. She said we needed to have a discussion. We talked about what I said and she had me point out the other employees that werent wearing them. Then after that day, I was put on DNR. Am I able to get information from the facility as to why im on the list and what I can do to get off of it? or am I stuck on it forever? I've been doing this for 5 years and have never been put on DNR from anyone... So im a little butt hurt about this. LOL
