Disaster planning for communicable diseases.

I am working on a corporate response plan to communicable illness spread through both the fecal oral route and through the respiratory route. The plan is to be used in retail and manufacturing outlets. Does any one have any information on how a company should handle the situation internally? (I have the reporting and liaison with Public Health down.)

If you know of any good Internet sites/resources they would be appreciated. I have used the standards: FEMA, ARC, Hazard Mitigation Center, WHO, Pan American health Organization, etc. I am getting ready to search Bioterrorism but I believe there won't be enough information on risk mitigation and recovery for a business.

International sites are okay if they are in English.
