Diffulty finding employment

Nurse looking for job opportunities during probation. As soon employers knows nurse is in probation, she is disqualified and employers do not called her back. This is happening for 13 years even all refreshment courses are finished. Many others nurses say is many nurse jobs up there, but is frustrating and not hope because no opportunity is find it. Any advise is helpful especially for any nurse in same circumstance like mine. This probation was a result of bullying in the job, I believe many people is hurt for life. I wish some one could help me to clear my license with out turning me down. Best wishes for all who are there with the same conflict.

I was posting hundred of resumes n follow up. As soon the employers find out I'm I probation no call. Also try to find volunteering nurse supervisor said for insurances purposes no hire volunteers nurses. Any help or advise is welcome. Thanks

Is this legal probation? Or nursing BON probation? I can't imagine anything that a person would remain on any type of probation for13 years!! Seems weird to me!!
