differential for BSN

Posted

Specializes in oncology/hospice/medsurg. Has 7 years experience.

I have checked the websites of some of the hospitals in Phoenix and they show a pay differential for BSN, does anyone know how much that may be?:nurse:

I have never heard of more than $1hr for BSN from anyone in person.

I have heard of rumors that the diff "used to be 10%" at some of the various hospitals.
