I mean has anyone on here ever have bad Question Trainer scores and still pass? Or have good scores but fail? I'm taking the NCLEX RN on the 9th(4 days!!!) and I'm really stressing out. I failed my first attempt at NCLEX. My scores as of right now are really average.
QT 2: 60%
QT 3: 55%
QT 4: 49% (lost focus)
QT 5: 57%
QT 6: 55%
QT 7: 52%
Are my scores good enough to pass NCLEX you think? Can anyone share their scores? The first time I took my scores were around the same thing but maybe lower and I got up to 265 questions and failed. Really appreciate any feedback you have.

I think you're really close to where Kaplan wants you to be. My instructor told us to shoot for 65% or greater on QT 1-3 and 60% or greater on QT 4-7. Of course I've heard a few variations on that but I think close is a good thing. These were my scores:
Diagnostic - 73
QT 1 - 70.67
QT 2 - 74.67
QT 3 - 59 (exhausted and distracted)
QT 4 - 63.33
QT 5 - 64
QT 6 - 68
QT 7 - 69.43
Readiness - 73
I passed NCLEX the first time with 75 questions. I also used ATI and PDA to prepare. Good luck!

It seems to me that you're kind of on the borderline according to Kaplan. Kaplan want you to be closer to the 60-65 range. Staying around the 50 range isn't bad, you have a chance, but you're probably more likely to go all the way to the 265 again. People that go all the way to the 265 do so because they are hanging right around the nclex passing line. The more cushion you have from 50% the better because you want to be above the line. Plus, nclex raised their passing standards this year. Make sure you are going through all of the rationales. Definitely do the Qbank and take it seriously when you do it.
I passed NCLEX 2 weeks ago and the best thing that I did for myself during the exam was take my time. Usually I "just want it over with" so I rush through it, but I felt that taking my time really helped me pass in 76.
My Qbank average was a 66%.
