Did not get into nursing school, what now?

I have just learned that my GPA is not high enough to apply to nursing school. I need a minimum requirement of a 3.2 GPA and my GPA is just below that. I am very disappointed and right now I feel as if I have no other options. I have considered biomedical engineering, but I just don't know if I have what it takes to survive that major. Any suggestions on what I should consider? By the way I go to UT-Knoxville...

Talk to the Nursing program director to see what you can do to increase your chances of getting in the program. Apply to other schools and try, try again until you succeed. Everyone does not get selected on the first try.
