Did anyone summit there packet to FDTC

I just summit my packet for fdtc nursing program this morning and they told me I want here nothing intill oct has anyone summit there packet there and got accepted because It states they take there county before any other county and I am in charleston county and they are only accepting 65 students for spring and so many students have already applied in these three because the deadline is sept 30th and its like I just lost faith when I saw all those students
