Did anyone here do the NCSBN review for the NCLEX-PN?

Published

I'm thinking about doing it since I really need help on passing the nclex. I want to do the 5 weeks version and I like that you can do it on your own time, you just need internet. I'm just wondering how it was and what did you all like about it if you did it.

I used it although for RN and found it useful

I used it and i think it really helped me critically think

I have had the same question.

I've been using saunders for about a month, but have looked into the 3 week ncsbn ($50), and also exam cram ($27). They both seem to have the updated 2014 nclex pn information and not crazy expensive...

i have used it recently for my NCLEX PN. our school purchased it for us and i thought the questions were pretty awesome. i didn't go through the content though, i only used the test bank. i don't know how it helped me though, for my NCLEX results are still pending, LOL. good luck!

I STRONGLY recommend using NCSBN to prepare for NCLEX! It was by far the best program that I used. I started out using Saunders, Hurst, and Kaplan. Saunders I felt went over material well, but their portal of questions seemed too basic. Hurst was a great review, but left out a lot of stuff and Kaplan had pretty good strategies/questions, but NCSBN had an entire tutorial and their questions were harder than the NCLEX, which helped to really think critically. Overall, that was the program I felt helped me the best :D GOOD LUCK!!!

I am doing the 3 weeks program now. I regret not doing it before. It is a great study program.

I myself liked the program...but for me there wasn't any sata questions on the review at all. Which for me ..the nclex is mostly sata questions..for the review for pn there wasn't any sata questions. I used it a fews times but I haven't passed yet. It's a great review..It makes you think about what to choose ..and why..Good Luck
