dialysis training, who's better?

Posted

Just wanted to know which one of the 2 dialysis giants has better training for new dialysis RNs ( Davita or Fresenius).

Also, which of the 2 treats its employees better (as far as being teamplayers). I know that both have "teamwork" as one of their core values, but which one truly lives up to that value.

thanks

They're both fine places to work. It's like asking, which restaurant should I go to? Applebee's or Fridays? Pretty much the same, all corporate type stuff. It's all gonna come down to your coworkers and direct management. That's what will make you happy. They are both good companies and it is going to vary who you ask, but more then likely it comes down to personal experience. So when you're asking which one is more of a team player, wouldn't that be directly related to your actual coworkers? Companies don't breed teamwork, workplace environments and coworker relationships do.
