detailed test plan fron ncsbn

can somebody teach me or send to me the datailed plan for NCLEX-RN from the ncsbn.org because I cant download it on my computer, when im downloading it, it will be open at word office and cant read it. thanx!:specs:

its at ncsbn.org and then look for the products and you can see it there. what id pdf? i can't read it because when im opening it up at word office at appears as symbols.:idea:

It sounds like you are opening with the wrong program. Any program PDF is usually read using this Adobe
