In assisted living facilities, an LVN can become a Residence Director. Thats like
a DON in a LTC facility. I know, I met one yesterday. I was interviewing for position of
Wellness Director who has to be an RN. So you go girl. You have been an LVN long enough, either
way, education can get you far. It will probably take you as long to get your BSN as it will
Health care ADM . But use your credits toward your degree youve already learned. In the end, its what do you really want to do, and where do you see yourself in 5 yrs.
LVNS can certainly managage and do on a daily basis.
