Decided not to go to MCI

Published

Hi Guys,

I decided not to go to MCI. I think its just to expensive just to get LPN diploma its $23,900. So with that said i am going to cxl my enrollement there. I am thinking about during NSU, Hampton, or just staying at TCC. Anybody have any advice. After all my research i think its best for me not to go to MCI, plus if I do I will run out of my undergrad student loan money. And I would end up paying $300 a month of out pocket.

Wow thats sure is pricey!! Im doing the 2 yr associates degree (for RN) at NVCC at the Springfield VA campus. Think its a total of 69 credits, and i think the going credit rate for VA residents is around $80, Which is a lot less than $24,000,wow Best of luck

Wise decision! I did give you a few other schools to check into. Also, you work for Sentara right? :twocents:Look into the Access Scholarship program on Wavenet and the tuition assistance program.:twocents: Trust me, you can get money for school it's definetly out there. If you need for me to give you the names of the schools again let me know.

Good luck to you!:)
