Is there an important difference between the 13th and 14th edition? My school lists the 14th edition on my book list, but I can get the 13th for $10, but am leery about doing this just in case there really is an important change.

I've seen some people do that, but I am too weary to do that. If things didn't change I don't think they would make new editions and its our responsibility to make sure we have the most up to date information.

Get the cheaper one, any new meds you can look up online if needed.
