CVS vs NY, Did U proceedat the same time?

Hi, it's my first writing at allnurses.com

I'm so happy and excited to find this website.

I searched some keywords for my questions but I couldn't find my answer.

Please help and let me know what is the correct procedure and what I am missing.

Which one is correct?

1. Purchase the CVS service by CGFNS and send forms of authorization for verification ... etc and get the approval(verified) by CGFNS and then send my application with verification by CGFNs to NY state.

(In other words, CVS first, and then NY..)

2. Proceed CVS and send application to NY state without vericicafication of CGFNS.

I think some took procedure by case 1 and the other some proceeds by case 2..

(This means, CVS and NY simultanneously)

What did I miss!??...

I looked for the answers for several days.. T.T

If you have any experiences applying NCLEX(CVS.. ) please give me some advices!

CVS is done first wait until you know your application for CVS is nearly complete then send application to NY BON

I did mine at the same time. I purchased CVS and at the same time I also sent my NY application. It took 4 months for the CGFNS to send the report to New York. and after a month I got my eligibility letter from New York.
