CUNY York Generic BSN Program?

So I searched this forum and haven't really found much info on York's generic BSN program, maybe because it's only a few years old. Has anyone ever applied to this program, or currently attends? I'm wondering if you can provide more info. Also, I'm wondering if it's similar to Hunter, where you have to be matriculated at the school for a semester prior to/during applying, or if I can apply for admission to both the college and the program at the same time. Thanks!

I believe that all CUNYs have that policy.
