Hi all, Does anyone know what's going on with CSU Dominguez Hills? They require you to attend a workshop in order to submit an application and they had all the workshops scheduled out over this semester. Then they mysteriously cancelled ALL the workshops about a month ago. I called and asked if they were going to be rescheduled and they just said to continue checking the website. I'm really hoping this program is getting cancelled. Anyone else have information?

I'm trying to find out too what happened. This is the message that I just saw on their website. Anyone know what happened?
“During the academic year 2014 the MEPN program will be under review. We will not be accepting applications until further notice. Please check the website periodically for any additional updates.”

I emailed CSUDH and this is what I heard:
"During the academic year 2014 the MEPN program will be under review. We will not be accepting applications until further notice. Please check the website periodically for any additional updates.
Sorry for any inconvenience. If you submitted your transcripts and payment, we will provide you with a refund or send the check back (if it has not been cashed) very soon."
So it seems they cancelled it until further notice

Hi!
I was also hoping to apply into the MEPN program at CSUDH. I have fulfilled all their requirements and even have a portfolio file ready to present during the workshop only to see the new update about the program.
So, what other schools are you planning to apply to?
I just got into the LBCC ADN program. So, I guess I'm just going to wait until I'm finished and afterwards do a MSN Program. I know CSULB has a pre-license Masters program but, they're not excepting apps until 2016. CSUDH was the only ideal program, currently - hoping the program comes back, that was my alma mater for my Bachelor's degree.

Oh wow, this is such a shame! I hope whatever review they're under lets them re-instate the program.
