CSU Stanislaus, Spring 2017

Published

Hi:) Is there anyone else who will be applying to Stan State for this coming Spring semester?

Hey @SweetandSalty, I'll be applying to CSU Stan for next spring as well! It'll be my first time applying and I'm too sure what to expect so I will definitely attend their information session in September.

Hello! That is a good idea, maybe I will go too. If you don't mind me asking, what are your stats or total points? It just nice to get an idea of what others are applying with. My total points are 95. I got 4.0 in the grade sections, 85 on the Teas and I live in the area. This will also be my first time applying

Hello! I'm also considering to apply to Stanislaus, but I'm not exactly sure if I'll have enough points to be accepted. If I calculated my points correctly, I have 88 points. Do you happen to know what was the cut off for last semester?

I do not know the cutoff. However an advisor told me the average is usually mid to high 80s so you have an excellent chance.

I turned in all my stuff. Anyone else ?

I'll be applying with 91 points + however much bilingual points I qualify for, instead of 88 now. :) Currently, i'm just waiting on my transcript before I mail in my application. Anyone applying anywhere else than just Stan?

That is a great score. I am only applying to stan state but was already accepted by an ADN program. Hopefully I get to go to Stanislaus though. Where else are you applying? Which is your first choice?

I'm also applying for Sac State, but my total point isn't that great (borderline cutoff). I expect to be waitlisted there, but if I don't even come close to getting accepted, then I'll probably wait a semester to apply with a higher point. Stanislaus is basically my fall back plan as of right now. That's if I get accepted to Stan. Lol.

I will be surprised if you dont get into Stan. Mid to high 80s point range is average, so some scores lower get in. Plus in the spring there are less applicants. Good luck with your applicationsí ½í¸ƒ

I applied for Spring 2017. I'm not sure how many points I have but my TEAS was 83.3% (first and only try). I also already have a bachelor's degree so I don't know how many extra points, if any, that gives. I just know I really want to get into this program. Good luck every one!
