CSU Stanislaus Spring 2011 hopefuls?

Published

Just wondering if there are any other CSU Stanislaus spring 2011Pre-Licensure BSN hopefuls out there? Waiting for mid-December.... I thought it would be neat to chat and get an idea of how many of us there might be... I have not found anyone yet...

I am waiting! please contact with me. Wish december is coming!!!

Hi! It is so great to hear from someone else who is also waiting. Only 1 month to go! I am very hopeful! Have you heard of anyone else who has applied?

I start to check mail everyday now! I hope they will mail out before December.

I don't know anyone else apply the program. I heard that there isn't lots of students apply this time.

Really? Have you gone to one of the information sessions? I haven't gone yet but I will. DO you know about ho wmany applicants there were? My GPA is a little lower than most I have seen get in, but I speak another language and I got a 91 on my TEAS. I am very anxious....

about 100. I have low teas 82, and almost 4.0 GPA and, a second language 5 points. How many points do you have now?

Unfortunately, I only got C's in some of my old general ed classes when I was younger and "less focused". So my gpa in non-science classes is killing me, I only count about 65-70 points right now, I know my chances aren't that great, but I am still hoping, I wish I would have done better in those non-science classes! How many points do you think you have?

Don't worry, we have great chance. There are less people apply for spring.

Do you live in Stanislaus county? because we can have 7 points if we are resident in Stanislaus.

Let's keep contact! Good luck!

You all have a great chance.... not nearly as many people apply this time of year. Im in the program and I love it.. A lot of work but totally do-able. Good luck!

It is nice to hear from you! I know you are in the program in 2010 fall. I am glad you like it so far!

CSU Stanislaus is my priority choice, and I really love the campus and staffs there. They are so nice to help me every time when i need help. I have been accepted by the university. I am just waiting for the program now!

How is your GPA and TEAS and total points when you apply?

Thank you again for reply us!

My GPA was a 4.0 my teas was eh ok... 85 I think. I didnt have the extra points for being bilingual or living in the county... you get an extra 5 for each... Honestly...so many people that were on the waitlist in my class got in... A lot of people decide not to go to Stan last minute and not many people apply this time of year so your chances are pretty good if you have good grades and a decent teas score.

They told me there are less than 100 people apply for the spring. I have overall 3.95, and teas 82. but extra 12 points for the language and live in Stanislaus. I hope everything will be fine.

I know there are 220 applications for Fall 2010, so there would be more difficult at that time.

How much did you pay for the school for the first semester?
