Hi all,
I am currently a nursing student scheduled to graduate in august '10, but I have a question regarding my educational goal to become a crna and my current job offers.
I have a job offer to split my time between csicu (a lot of open hearts/traumas, swans, CV drips, etc) and a trauma/surgical/medical icu stepdown at a large teaching hospital. I realize that given the economy and bleek outlook some of my fellow student nurses are facing come graduation, I should really be thankful for even having a job lined up.
I was wondering if this experience would be enough to meet the requirements for CRNA schools. I have a 3.68 gpa, and plan on working for at least 2 years before applying. Let me know what you think.
