CRNA Application Essay: Discuss a Current Problem

I'm applying to CRNA school, and part of the prompt says to briefly discuss a contemporary issue in this field and potential solution to the problem. Does anyone have an issue that could be good for me to research? I'm obviously all for doing the research myself, I just didn't know where to start since I'm not in this specialty yet. Thanks for any pointers/direction!

How about keeping it current.  Expectations of some facilities that CRNAs actively work in the ICU due to the Covid crush.
